We have exciting news for you! Online Enrollment is now available to register yourself and/or your dependents. Save time using our Online Enrollment! If you do not have dependent(s): Once you register online, you will need to come to our Customer Service office to receive your benefits orientation and request your medical/prescription card. If you have dependent(s): Once you register your dependent(s) you will need to bring certified copies of your marriage and/or birth certificates to our Customer Service office to have your dependents verified, receive your benefits orientation and request your medical/prescription card. To enroll online, you will need to create your User ID and Password if you do not have one yet. Once you created your User ID and Password, you have immediate access to check your work hours reported by your employer, status of your claims, register online, update your information, and check your eligibility. Do you have a primary doctor? It’s important for your health to have a regular primary care doctor for you and your family. They will gather your medical history and keep your information together. Your medical history with your primary care doctor can tell you the kinds of health tests you will need. Urgent Care clinics and emergency rooms are for unexpected and after hours health care needs.
