Our mission is to link our participants to excellent, affordable health care that provides optimal health.

The Fund is committed to working actively with our health care, union, and employer partners to offer tools to our participants that improve and optimize their health.

Fund Facts

• A multi-employer Taft-Hartley fund founded in 1981
• Governed by a Board of Trustees representing labor and management
• Funded by employer contributions negotiated in Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Part of the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees International Union (HEREIU) Welfare Fund
• One of many healthcare plans across the country for workers represented by the HEREIU
• The Fund provides health care delivery to about 120,000 workers and their families in Las Vegas.
• We are one of many heath care plans across the country for workers represented by UNITE-HERE
