Culinary's general eligibility requirements are as follows:

• Culinary workers get benefits the 1^st day of the month they become eligible.
  
• Initial eligibility is when 360 hours of work are credited during a three month period.
  
• For every hour you work (the employer contributes to the Fund) the worker gets an hour of credit.
  
• The worker stays covered for each eligibility period as long as they are credited with 240 hours during a two-month period.
