No. The only people that can be added to your coverage are your spouse (you have to be legally married) and your children.
If you get divorced, you have to let us know. You can do so by calling our Customer Service Office at 702-733-9938 or stopping by. Our address is 1901 Las Vegas Blvd. South Suite 107, Las Vegas, NV 89104, and you can come Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 6pm.
Your new baby is temporarily covered for the first 30 days. You still have to come enroll him/her with a birth certificate in our Customer Service Office.
After the first three months that you work 360 hours there will be a waiting month and the 1st of the following month your
coverage will begin.
Example: If you started work in January, you’ll work 360 hours in January, February and March. April will be your waiting period and your coverage will begin the 1st of May.
Please rememember that you have to enroll before your expected date of coverage begins. In our example that would be
before may 1st.
