If you worked at least 240 hours between May and June, you will be automatically put back on the regular Culinary plan.

  • If you have not gone back to work, you can make a full Self-Payment.

Can’t afford to make a Self-Payment?

You can apply for Medicaid or another health plan within 60 days.
