What does this mean?

If we don’t come to an agreement before January 1, 2024, the Dignity Health System will NOT be in the Culinary network. The hospitals and facilities below will become out of network:

• Dignity Neighborhood Hospital: Blue Diamond
• Dignity Neighborhood Hospital: North Las Vegas
• Dignity Neighborhood Hospital: Sahara
• Dignity Neighborhood Hospital: West Flamingo
• Siena Hospital
• San Martin Hospital
• St Rose De Lima Hospital
• Parkway Surgery Center
• Parkway at Horizon Ridge
• Durango Outpatient Surgery Center

How can I prepare?

If you have a procedure scheduled at any of these locations, please start talking to your doctor about going to another hospital in the Culinary network. Look at the map to find the closest hospital in the Culinary network near each main Dignity Health System hospital (Common Spirit).

• Are you pregnant? Is your due date after December 31, 2023?

  Start talking to your doctor about scheduling your delivery at another hospital in the Culinary network.

• Do you have surgery scheduled after December 31, 2023?

  Start talking to your doctor about rescheduling your surgery at another hospital in the Culinary network. Please do not wait until the last minute to talk to your doctor!

• If you’re hospitalized for any reason before midnight on December 31, 2023:

  Your hospital stay will be covered and your claims will be paid.
