Check your employees’ hours to see when they’ll have benefits

When your employees work 360 hours within 3 consecutive months, they become eligible for health benefits (3 months in a row your employees’ hours have to total 360). That means they’ll need to work about 30 hours a week.

Once they do, they have to wait 1 month for coverage to begin.

Pick the months your employees worked at least 360 hours to see when their benefits start.
