The Culinary Health Center

In order to use our healthcare dollars most efficiently and wisely, we will be closing the Health Center temporarily Thursday, April 16, 2020 and will reopen as soon as possible when this crisis has passed.

Urgent Care

Closed for all services as of April 24 at 9pm

  • If you have urgent medical needs, please go to any in-network urgent care.
  • If you need help finding an urgent care, call 702-790-8000 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Southwest Medical Urgent Care (on Charleston at Rancho is open 24/7.
  • If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Primary Care

Closed as of April 16

  • If you’re already a patient, we are still offering virtual visits. Call 702-790-8000 to make an appointment, Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.
  • If you’re not an established patient, we can’t see you right now. But we’ll help you find a doctor. Please call the CHC Call Center at 702-790-8000 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Pharmacy

Closed as of April 16

  • If you have a prescription at the CHC pharmacy, it will be sent to the Culinary Pharmacy on Las Vegas Boulevard.
  • Call the Las Vegas Boulevard pharmacy at 702-650-4417 to see if your prescription is ready.

Dental

Closed as of March 19

  • If you need dental care or have a dental emergency, call Nevada Dental Benefits at 702-478-2014, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.

Vision

Closed as of March 19

  • If you need an eye doctor, call the Advocacy Line at 702-691-5665, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
