Labs

Your employees may need to get laboratory services (labs) done. Labs are blood work and other tests. They will tell the doctor important information about your employees’ health. After your employees get their labs done, their doctor will usually share the results with them.

What do labs include?

Labs often include taking samples of:

  • Blood
  • Urine
  • Other bodily fluids
  • Tissues

Where do my employees go for labs?

Your employees can only go to Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) for labs. There are many CPL locations. Some open early and offer Saturday hours.

Your employees can get their lab work done at the Culinary Health Fund!

We have a Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) location right next to our Customer Service Office. It’s easy and quick for your employees to use. It’s only for Culinary participants.
