About the advocates

What are advocates?

We have participant advocates to help your patients navigate their benefits. Healthcare benefits can be hard to understand. Our advocates explain benefits and answer questions. Our advocates help ensure your patients have access to the care they need and get the most out of their medical benefits.

What can an advocate help my patient with?

Advocates can help your patients:

  • Find a doctor
  • Fill out forms
  • Get answers to their questions
  • See if they’re eligible for benefits
  • Check if they owe a self-pay
  • Know their copays
  • Sign up for a class or program
  • Explain things that are sent to them by mail or text
  • Help with complicated situations (disability, enrollment, complaints, etc…)

If your patients need help with their benefits, please have them:
