Please refer your patients who have high blood pressure to our High Blood Pressure Class as part of their treatment plan. Our High Blood Pressure Class can help them learn how to control it.

In class they’ll learn:

• What may be causing their high blood pressure
• How it affects their health
• Ways to control their blood pressure
• How to use a blood pressure monitor

In this class, we give out:

• A blood pressure monitor

This class is offered:

• In English or Spanish
• In the morning, afternoon, or at night
• At no cost for your patients. This means they don’t have to pay.
