Latest COVID-19 information for
Participants Providers Employers

Your patients have many ways to get their prescriptions. They can use our exclusive Culinary pharmacies, get their prescriptions by mail, or visit a retail pharmacy near them. They also have the option to refill their prescriptions online.

Culinary pharmacies

Both the Culinary Pharmacy on Las Vegas Boulevard and the Culinary Pharmacy at the Culinary Health Center have reopened, with limited hours and other restrictions.

If your patients want to transfer prescriptions from Walgreens, they should call the Culinary Pharmacy as soon as possible at 702-963-9400, or at least three days before they need their medicine.

Temporary restrictions

Participants who want to fill prescriptions at the Culinary Pharmacies should be aware of the following:

  • Before coming to the pharmacy, they should call to make sure their medicine is ready.
  • Only one person is allowed to pick up the medicine. Family and friends are not allowed inside the Culinary Pharmacy.
  • Same-day prescription service is not available. If your patients bring or phone in a prescription, it will be ready the next day.
  • Your patients are not allowed to wait in the lobby.
  • When your patients arrive, they will be screened and given a mask to wear.
Your patients must wear a mask. There are no exceptions.

We’re aware of the long wait times at the Culinary Pharmacies and on the phone. That’s why we’re extending the $0 Copay at any Walgreens pharmacy. More information...
