Prescriptions by mail
Your patients can save time and money by getting their prescriptions by mail. They will get a 60-day supply delivered to their home for one copay. Medication will usually be delivered within 10 to 14 days from the time the order is placed.

Mission, Kansas 66201Patients should not staple or tape their paper prescriptions to the form. They should just put the prescription in the same envelope.
In-network pharmacies
Be sure to send your patients’ prescriptions to an in-network pharmacy. If your patients don’t use an in-network pharmacy, they will have to pay the full cost of their prescription.
How much will my patient’s medicine cost?
Copay amounts are based on the prescription. Here’s what your patients will pay at in-network pharmacies:

Specialty pharmacy
If your patient needs a specialty medicine please be sure to get prior authorization. Once prior authorization is received, the prescription can only be filled at Optum Specialty Pharmacy. Optum Specialty Pharmacy is the specialty pharmacy for the Culinary Health Fund.
