In-network dental care
There are many dentists in the Culinary network. You’ll save money if you go to a Culinary network dentist in the Nevada Dental Benefits (NBD) group.
To find an in-network dentist, visit NDB’s website and choose “NDB Managed Care Plans” in the Find A Dentist section.
What are my in-network dental benefits?
In-Network Premier Plan (Culinary network dentist) benefit information:

|Orthodontics (braces)||Covered for you and your eligible dependents. See below to find out how much you’ll pay.|
|Dual Culinary coverage||If you and your spouse both have Culinary dental benefits, you and your eligible dependents will not have any copays.|
|General anesthesia||Covered for some extractions|
|Missed appointments||Please call your dentist the day before your appointment if you have to cancel. Your plan will not pay any fees for missed appointments.|
Are orthodontics (braces) covered by my plan?
Orthodontic coverage is provided depending on your diagnosis. Treatment for cosmetic purposes is not a covered benefit.
Your copays for braces from a Culinary network dentist:
|For children (under 19 years old)|| The total copay is $850.|
There may be additional costs if:
|For adults (age 19 and older)|| The total copay is $3,100.|
