What people say about this class

“The High Blood Pressure Class was amazing for me. I had no idea what caused it or what to do to improve it. Now I do and can get on a path to better health. The best parts of the class were being given the blood pressure monitor and being taught how to use it the right way. I am now able to check my blood pressure whenever I want.” —Raymond Martin
