Grilled chicken with balsamic honey glaze recipe

Main ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • Vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon (tsp) of black pepper
  • Salt and additional pepper to taste

Balsamic honey glaze ingredients

  • 16 ounces (oz) of balsamic vinegar
  • 8 ounces (oz) of honey

Directions

  1. Combine the balsamic vinegar and honey in a sauce pan.
  2. Simmer and reduce to a syrup-like consistency.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the chicken with oil.
  5. Grill the chicken in a hot, well-seasoned pan until done. About 8 minutes.
  6. Arrange the chicken on a platter and brush with the glaze.
