Fat-free potato salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds of potatoes that have been peeled and diced
  • ⅓ of a cup of diced celery
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 cup of fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons (tbsp) of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (tsp) of parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes in a pot and add enough water to cover them.
  2. Bring the potatoes to a boil and cook until tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and set them aside to cool.
  4. Once cool, place the potatoes, celery, and onions in a large bowl and mix well.
  5. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley to the bowl and mix.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve in a large serving dish or bowl.

Your measuring spoon set may have tbsp, TBS, T, TB, or Tbl on it. They all mean tablespoon.
