Pesto sauce recipe
		Ingredients
	
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
 - 2 cloves of chopped garlic
 - ¼ cup of pine nuts
 - ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
 - 1½ ounce (oz) of olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
		Directions
	
- Clean and dry the basil.
 - Place the basil, garlic, pine nuts, and cheese in a blender or food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes.
 - Scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor.
 - Start the machine again and slowly add the oil to form a smooth paste.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
