Spinach salad with sliced red onions recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 pounds (lbs) of trimmed and chopped fresh spinach
  • 2 pounds (lbs) of sliced red onions
  • 2 cups of sliced black olives
  • 12 diced boiled eggs

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss evenly.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the salad dressing of your choice while tossing.
  3. Serve on a large platter or in a bowl.
